Our Commitment to Your Child's Health and Well-Being
Root Cause Pediatrics accepts many major Insurance policies. Not all insurance providers are within our network of services but we can provide you with an itemized bill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
To provide amenities to those outside our network or without insurance, we offer the Non-Insured Discounted Fee below. All fees are expected at the time of service. As our services are conveniently brought to your home, there is a nominal travel fee of $10.00 per visit added to each service charge.
For those interested in a deeper systems-based approach, we also offer Functional Medicine visits. All general services will include basic functional or holistic approaches whereas Functional Pediatric visits are much more comprehensive and grounded in more holistic and functional methods.

Service fee (per visit)
Level 1 Urgent Care – Includes basic urgent care and sick management: Colds, Coughs, Fever, Urinary Tract Infections, Strep, Flu, RSV, Rashes, Skin Infection, Ear Infection, Sprain/Strains, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Pink Eye and More.
Level 2 Urgent Care (Procedures)-Laceration Repair, Wart Removal, Mollusks Removal, Skin Biopsy, Ingrown Toenail Repair, IV Hydration, Splinting, Burns Management.
* For additional siblings seen for well-child exams, we will reduce the service fee by $10.00 for each additional child. Additionally, If multiple children are being seen together at the same residence, only 1 travel fee will be charged at the time of service.
** Functional Pediatrics – We help manage and support a host of concerns functionally including Hashimoto’s, Hypothyroidism, Depression, Anxiety, Asthma, Weight Management, ADHD, Autism, Allergies, Chronic Abdominal Pain, Autoimmunity, Mood Disorders, Menstrual Irregularities, Eczema, Acne, Sleep Disorders, Health and Nutrition Coaching, Methylation Defects, Enuresis, Mold and Environmental Toxins, Constipation, Concussion, IBS/IBD, Celiac and others.
*** Visits utilizing tele-health medicine can only be done with established patients and during normal operating hours. Not all urgent care needs are manageable via tele-health. To ensure the safety of all parties involved, tele-health visits will be approved case by case.
