Meet Aaron Dykstra, Founder of Root Cause Pediatrics

Aaron Dykstra is a functional and holistic caregiver, pediatric provider, and father of 5 who has a deep understanding of alternative practices and a passion for promoting health and wellness. He began his journey into medicine at a young age. Over time, he refined his skills in nutrition, herbalism, and aromatherapy and completed a Doctorate of Nursing Practice with a focus on Functional Pediatrics. Dr. Dykstra’s personal and professional experiences have reinforced his belief in the power of small, modifiable interventions to reverse acute and chronic disease processes.

We provide both functional pediatric care as well as traditional primary care services to cover acute and chronic care needs.
